What we collect, why, and how to have it removed. Plain language, no dark patterns.
When you send a tour request or message we store your name, email, optional phone, preferred days and your message – only to answer the request. Saved homes stay in your browser's local storage; they are never sent to us.
Requests are kept for 180 days, then deleted unless a viewing is in progress or you ask us to keep them. Ask us at any time to delete your record.
We do not sell or share your details, we do not run advertising trackers on this site, and we do not add you to a mailing list from a single request.
Photographs on this site are used under Creative Commons licences (CC0, public domain, CC BY, CC BY-SA). The full per-image attribution list is available from the office on request and is supplied with any listing pack.
For any privacy question, write via the contact page or call the office in opening hours.
If something here is unclear, tell us and we will fix the wording – not the practice.
